Close Duplex Unit Cover

The cover for the duplex unit 
is open.

Close the cover for the duplex

cur when the installed 
memory amount is less than 
the driver setting.

(a) To print the image correct-
ly, add memory to the printer.

(b) Be sure to use the correct 
paper.

Empty Punch Receptacle

The Punch Chips container is 
full of punch chips.

Empty the punch waste box.

See p.108 “Removing Punch-
hole Chips”.

If the message appears the 
punch waste box is not full, re-
move the Punch-hole chips on 
the top of the punch waste 
box.
