Digitizer Calibration
These entries set the calibration of the digitizer.  Most of them default to
PEN*KEY values and do not need to be set.
cxRawWidth
Physical width of digitizer in thousandths of an inch in the display's native
(nonrotated) hardware orientation.  Should not need specification for the HHC.
Valid values:
0 . . . 32767
Default:
4500
cyRawHeight
Actual height of digitizer in thousandths of an inch in the display's native
(nonrotated) hardware orientation.  Should not need specification for the HHC.
Valid values:
0 . . . 32767
Default:
3000
wDistinctWidth
Width of the display in its nonrotated orientation in digitizing units.  Set by the
PENALIGN.EXE calibration applet.
Valid values:
0 . . . 32676
Default:
3500
wDistinctHeight
Height of the display in its nonrotated orientation in digitizing units.  Set by the
PENALIGN.EXE calibration applet.
Valid values:
0 . . . 32767
Default:
3045
wOffsetX; wOffsetY
Specifies digitizer value corresponding to the leftmost (xOffsetX) or uppermost
(wOffsetY) point on the rotated display, plus 1000.  Negative offsets to 1000 are
specified using values less than 1000.
Valid values:
0 . . . 32767
Default:
1000
UseNV
When nonzero, the nonvolatile memory reads and stores the digitizer calibration
information.  Set to 0 to override the calibration stored in nonvolatile storage
with the calibration values from SYSTEM.INI.
Valid values:
