Change Configuration
Description: This command must precede any configuration command. If you
enter a valid string, the terminal configuration is modified and the
terminal sounds a high beep. For help with configuration commands,
see Chapter 6, “Configuration Command Reference.”

The Change Configuration command is followed by the configuration

Description: Deletes the entire data record you are accumulating. If there is no data in
the buffer, the command has no effect.

Default Configuration
Description: Sets the current and active terminal configurations to the default
configuration, resets the firmware, boots the terminal, and runs your
application. This command does not reset the time and date. The default
configuration for the terminal is listed starting on page 272. For help, see
“Restoring the Terminal’s Default Configuration” on page 30.
