Problems using a Windows Environment
This section explains what to do when a problem occurs while using Microsoft Windows 
OS. The possible causes, confirmation methods, and actions are as follows. If a 
problem still exists after the corrective action has been performed, follow the Problem 
Solving Procedures on page 143
 to seek further assistance.

When printing fails
The following table explains what action to take when a printer disabled status (network 
error) or (spool error) is displayed when you click [Start]

The data format of the print 
job does not match the print

client contains TBCP).
Specify PSASC as the printer 
name.
