In addition to new printer definitions, the settings for existing printer definitions
can be modified. Changes to printer settings only take effect when the Spooler is
shut down and restarted (this does not apply when adding a new printer).

To change the settings for an existing printer definition:

Either:

Double-click on the printer in the Paris Spooler control panel,

Or:

Select the printer from the Paris Spooler control panel, then select the
View/Change Printer settings button.

Or:

Select the printer from the Paris Spooler control panel, then select the Settings
option from the Printers menu.

Either method will display the View/Change Printer dialog for the selected printer.
Modify the existing settings as required.
