An existing printer definition can be deleted from the list in the Paris Spooler
control panel. A printer can only be deleted if there are no jobs waiting.

To delete a printer definition:

1. EITHER:

Select the printer from the Paris Spooler control panel then select the Delete
Printer button.

OR:

Select the printer from the Paris Spooler control panel then select the Delete
option from the Printers menu.

A message dialog will be displayed, requesting confirmation of the deletion.

Select ‘Yes’ or ‘No’ as required.

NOTE:

You cannot delete the DEFAULT printer.
