The Printers/Pools menu also provides options whereby printers can be set offline
(not processing) or online. The ‘Online’ option is context sensitive, and according
to the selection of the ‘Online’ option, the current status of the printer will be
reflected in the Status column in the Spooler control panel (see below).

To set the printer status:
1. EITHER:
Select the printer from the Paris Spooler control panel then select the Make
Printer Online/Offline button.

Printers/Pool menu. Depending on the current status of the selected printer,
‘Online’ or ‘"Online’ will be displayed.
