Introduction
CyberCom is a direct replacement for the standard Windows Communications
Driver (COMM.DRV).

Great for V.FAST and Voice modems that require 57,600 Kb.

How Does it Work?

CyberCom enables the FIFO buffer on the 16550 to be enabled for both receive
AND transmit (COMM.DRV only enables the FIFO for receive.)

The ‘interrupt trigger level’ has been set to 8 for both transmit and receive, this
gives your applications a lot more time to process incoming information.
(COMM.DRV sets the trigger level to 14 which means that your application only
has 2 characters in which read from the FIFO buffer.)
