Configuring the
TextBridge OCR
Service
The TextBridge OCR Service enables the FlowPort

and Adobe PDF. This service uses the TextBridge Pro 9.0
application from ScanSoft, Inc.

To configure the TextBridge OCR Service:

Click the Applications button.

Under Configure Applications and Services, click the
TextBridge OCR Service link.

On the TextBridge OCR Service Configuration page, set

Configuring the
Xerox Network
Scanning Service
The Xerox Network Scanning Service enables the
FlowPort server to be connected to devices that use the
Xerox Network Scanning TCP/IP protocol, such as a
Document Centre, or a compatible networked scanner or
multifunction device. The service provides guest access to
the FlowPort server from any Xerox Document Centre.
You can change the default NSA Guest username and
password to restrict access to the FlowPort server.
