Deleting a user account

You may need to delete a user account if you exceed the
maximum number of users, or if an account is inactive for a long
period of time.

NOTE: When you delete a user account, all print jobs
associated with that account are also deleted. Therefore,
complete all pending jobs for the user before deleting the user.

DigiPath WS system. You must delete the user and create a new
user account.

To delete a user account:
1. Select the [User List] link from the User Administrator section
on the Administration Menu. The User List page opens.
2. Mark the check box next to the user account you want to
delete.
3. Select [Delete]. A confirmation message opens.
4. Select [OK] to delete the user account.
