Managing groups

A group is simply a name for a list of users that can be used to
simplify assigning access to folders. Groups allow you to easily
manage permissions to folders.

Viewing the group list

The Group List page provides a listing of current groups and
allows you to add groups, delete groups, and assign users to
groups.

To display the list of current groups:
1. Log into DigiPath WS as a user administrator.
2. Select [Administration] from the Navigation bar.
3. Select the [Group List] link from the User Administrator
section on the Administration Menu. The Group List page
opens. See Figure 5-9.

From the Group List page, you can perform the following
