Defining user access preference

The User Access Preference page is used to specify whom you 
want to have access to the User Access link on the folders or 
documents Properties page. The User Access link allows you to 
assign access rights to folders or documents and appears on the 
title bar of the document or folder Properties page.
NOTE:  You must have the WS User Administration access right 
to access the User Access Preference option.
To define the user access preference:
1. Select the [User Access Preference] link from the 
Administration Options section on the Administration Menu.
