The integrated browser pane includes the:

There can be up to 6 tabs in the integrated browser, each displaying a different web
page. The first tab is reserved for pages that your supervisor pushes to you to assist
you in handling calls, and the remaining up to 5 tabs for general use.

Status Bar
In the event of a service failure, the Current Status section changes from “In Service”
to “Partial Service” or “No Service”. To learn what features are affected by the service
outage, double-click the Current Status section to view a popup window that displays
which features are active or inactive.
