Symptom: In some instances, when an additional Single-Session agent joins an existing CCS session, the

Reload Toolbar command crashes IE 4.01, IE 5.01 sp2, and NS 7.0 caller browsers
Symptom: When an agent clicks the Reload Toolbar button (located on the CCS Agent Desktop Caller Info
page), it crashes the Collaboration Toolbar browser window for callers using Internet Explorer 4.01, IE
5.01sp2, or Netscape 7.0.
