Windows: Right click in the participants list

Mute on Entry to mute all 
microphones automatically when 
participants join a training session

Mute or Unmute to mute or unmute 
your own or a specific participant's 
microphone  

 

Mute All to mute or unmute all 
participant microphones 
simultaneously at any time during a 
training session

Participant 

Mac:Ctrl + click in the participants list 

 

Select the Mute or Unmute icon to 
mute or unmute your own 
microphone. 

The microphone icon to the right changes state. 

  

Tip: During sharing, participants can mute and unmute their microphones from the 
Session Controls Panel at the top of their screens. 

 

 

Host and presenter only 

You can mute or unmute all participant microphones simultaneously. 

 

This option does not affect the host's and presenter's microphones.
