When you are sharing information or someone else is sharing information with you, a 
floating panel containing participant video and your self-view appears on the right-
hand side of your screen.  

  

 

What you can do on the floating panel: 

 

Stop or start your video.

Minimize or restore your video.

 

Move the panel by dragging it. 

 (on page 453) 

 

Switch to view everyone who is sending video. 

 (on page 453) 

 

Lock focus on another participant (for host and presenter only).

 If your are viewing everyone sending video and the presenter starts 

sharing, you will automatically exit the video view so that you can view what 
is being shared. 

 

 

During sharing, your self-view appears in the lower-right portion of the floating panel. 
You can manage your self-view in several ways.
