Generating a Report
You can generate reports from the Report tab or you can generate batch
reports using the Windows shell.
Generating Reports from the Report Tab
In the Reports tab of the MeetingTime Register Book, the types of reports
you can generate appear on the left while details about each report’s input
and output file and settings appear on the right. To generate a report, select a
report type, and then choose an output file destination and name. For some
reports, you can also select settings such as a date.

For detailed instructions on generating reports from the Reports tab, see the
Using MeetingTime section of Chapter 2.

Note: Reports generated in MeetingTime display the
MeetingPlace conference server time zone. If the time zones for
the user and the server are different, the dates and times in the
report are different from the dates and times displayed in
MeetingTime for that user.
Generating Batch Reports in Windows Batch Mode

1.

From the Windows Start menu, choose File, then choose Run.
