For the Output parameter, enter the file name of the destination file. For the
start date and end date, enter a date in the format mm/dd/yyyy. For the rate,
enter a per minute rate in cents (for example, 20). For raw reports, enter Yes or
No depending on whether you want to include the field names as the first
record of the report.
Scheduling Reports
To schedule the generation of reports, you can use scheduling programs
provided by other software vendors. For assistance in this matter, contact
your MeetingPlace support representative.
Printing the Report
You can print reports directly from MeetingPlace. When you select Printer as
the destination type you may specify the number of copies, select a specific
printer, or change print properties before sending the report to the printer.

Additionally, you can transfer report information to other programs such as
Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, or another spreadsheet or word-processing
program. After your report information is placed into another software
application, you can use that program to print your report. For information
on how to export a raw data report into Microsoft Excel, refer to page 127.

Note: Before printing a report in another application, change the
text to a small size, fixed-pitch font such as Courier 10. Using a
fixed-pitch font helps align the columns of text in the report.
System Reports
System reports provide system configuration information about
MeetingPlace—both the configuration of system hardware and software and
the state of installed trunks.
