The above login error alarm means that a user has unsuccessfully attempted 
to log in more than the number of attempts specified in the Usage 
Parameters. 
The Alarm Table reports the last user who unsuccessfully attempted login 
since you last cleared the alarm. (See the instructions on clearing alarms 
later in this chapter.) 
Unlocking a Profile 
Because more than one user may have unsuccessfully attempted to login, 
there may be more than one user whose profile is locked. To review a list of 
locked profiles:

Select View Locked Profiles on the System tab.

The report displays the user ID, the active state of the profile, the group 
default value of the User Active? field, and the state that the profile will be 
set to.

From the Locked Profiles screen, select the profile(s) displayed then 
click one of the buttons defined below to unlock and reset the profile:
