Importing meetings is completed in two parts: 
 
Generating meeting details into a report 
 
Importing meeting details into a target server. 
Part 1: Generate a report 
 
Tip: It is recommended that you establish a folder for the 
purpose of importing such reports.

From the MeetingTime Register Book of the active server, select the 
Report tab.

Click Raw Meeting Details Info in the left-hand column.

Type in the Start date and End date under Settings in the right-hand 
column. Details for all meetings scheduled to start between these dates 
are exported. 
 
Note: The Import Meetings feature only imports meetings 
scheduled to start within 30 minutes of import meeting 
completion and after. To import details of all future meetings 
scheduled beyond the current date, you must set the End Date 
with the following parameter in mind:  
Max Adv Days to Schedule
determines the number of days 
before a proposed meeting that the system all scheduling.
