Date should be equal to the current date plus the Max Adv Days 

to Schedule parameter. For example, if today is June 1, 2004 

and your Max Adv Days to Schedule parameter is set to 20, 

your End Date should be 6/21/04 to ensure that all scheduled 

meetings are captured. 

This parameter is configurable from the Configure tab/ 

Scheduling Parameters field in MeetingTime.

Click in the value area of the Destination parameter. Select File and click 
OK.

Click in the value area of the Output file parameter. Click Browse. The 
Save As window opens.
