From the right side of the Configure tab, scroll down until you find the

Locate the Time Zone parameter and check that it is set to the user’s
local time zone.

Zone parameter in a user’s profile be set the same on all
MeetingPlace servers. For example, if a user’s local time zone is
America/Los Angeles, their user profile on every MeetingPlace
