To generate the import in batch mode: 
1.
 
Create the import file. 
 
The import file should contain the user’s first name, last name, user ID, 
profile number, group name or number, and specific address information 
(phone number, Internet e-mail address, e-mail address, and pager 
number). 
2.
 
Run MeetingTime using one of the command line options shown in 
Table 0-2. 
 
Your command line string should begin with your login information as 
shown below, unless you have stored this information in the 
MeetingTime Settings.  
C:\Program Files\Latitude\Mtgtime\mtgtime.exe       
[user ID] [user password] [hostname]

 If the batch profile import string does not specify the action of adding (yes) or deleting (no), the system automatically 
defaults to yes.

 If the batch profile import string does not specify the log file name, by default the system creates a file called 
loginfo.txt.
