Depending on the size of your MeetingPlace system, it may take several
minutes for the report to generate. As the server processes your query
instructions and retrieves the report data, you see a progress bar, the
current size of the report file, the percentage of the job completed, and
other report status information.

Before you print a report in another
application, change the text to a small size, fixed-
pitch font such as Courier 10. Using a fixed-pitch
