Monitoring progress (8112)
To monitor progress after a system startup, watch the lights in the upper part
of the front panel. The Alarm lights on the right indicate minor, major, and
critical alarms, respectively. The System In Service light on the far left

The MeetingPlace 8112 or 8106 server requires little hardware maintenance.

Maintaining the user database
When users leave your organization, disable their access to MeetingPlace by
either deactivating or removing them from your user database.
