Configuring Passwords
You can use a password to protect both Desktop Work Flow Administrator and Desktop
Administrator. Any password you set is used by both applications. You cannot have a
password for one and no password for the other.
Configuring a Password
Passwords are optional. If a password is configured, when you select the contact
center node in Work Flow Administrator, you will be prompted to provide the password
before you can access any of the subnodes.
NOTE:  You can configure and change passwords in both Desktop
Work Flow Administrator and in Desktop Administrator. See
 for information on managing
passwords in Desktop Administrator.
To set up a password:
1. In the navigation pane, select the Call Center 1 node.
2. Choose Setup > Change Password. The Administrator Password dialog box
appears (

and Work Flow Administrator are now password protected. You must restart
the application to make the change go into effect.
NOTE:  Passwords are case sensitive and must consist of 1 to 32
alphanumeric characters.
