Setting up host and guest roles in CMRs
When creating a template for Collaboration Meeting Rooms, the administrator can choose whether or not the

The participant or participants connecting to a CMR as a host can connect at any time regardless of whether
there are other participants in the room.

Allowing the guest role
On the template of the CMR:

Check Allow Guest Role.

When the guest role is allowed:

The guest role will only be used if the administrator or CMR owner set a PIN requirement for the host.
