What is Active Meeting Manager (AMM)
Active Meeting Manager is a light-weight meeting management tool for the host to control their Collaboration Meeting
Room (CMR) meetings. AMM uses web browser interface and it is a component of CMR portal page.

A CMR host has to click Open Active Meeting Manager button under the Active Meeting Manager section in
Collaboration Meeting Room portal page to launch AMM.

AMM includes the following features:

Participants - Displays a list of active participants in the meeting
■
Mute/Unmute - Mute or Unmute a specific participant
■
Mute/Unmute All - Mute or Unmute all participants
■
Remove - Remove a specific participant
■
Remove All - Remove all participants
Prerequisites and Software Dependencies
Active Meeting Manager requires:

Cisco TMSPE1.6
■
Cisco TMS 15.1
■
Windows Server 2012
■
Java 8
If you are running a lower version of Windows Server then upgrade to Windows Server 2012 and reinstall Cisco TMS

Enable or Disable Active Meeting Manager
An option has been provided in Cisco TMS to enable or disable AMM in CMR portal page. By Default AMM is enabled in
Cisco TMSPE.

To Enable or Disable AMM

In Cisco TMS portal navigate to Administrative Tools > Configuration > Provisioning Extension Settings >
Collaboration Meeting Room.

If a WebEx connection is established for a meeting, AMM displays the following two entries in the participants
list:

If the host clicks the mute or unmute icon for the WebEx entry, the WebEx bridge is muted or unmuted, and

endpoints.
