 Time Zone Display

Conferences are listed with the time zone of the currently logged-in user. Viewing or editing a conference displays 
the time zone that the conference was booked in.

Note that the time zone of a scheduled conference cannot be changed in Cisco TMS.

Search

This free-text field searches the following to return any conferences containing the char
acters entered:

Conference ID

Conference title

 

■

Email address

 

■

Email message

Conference Notes

If you type an ID (integers only) here, the search will check conference IDs only. This ID 
search will ignore dates and any other values set in the 

 and 

sections.

Select the status of the conferences you are searching for.

Searching on Conference Request will display a list of conferences awaiting approval or 
rejection by the logged-in user.

Search for conferences that occur on or after this date.

Search for conferences that occur up to and including this date. 

Search for conferences owned by all users or a specific user. This includes conferences 
booked on behalf of other users.

Select one or more conference types to search on.
