Go to Administrative Tools > Configuration > General Settings.

In the General Settings section, set Cisco System Phone Books to one of the following:

We recommend opting for corporate phone book or both, as the downloaded phone book is only supported
by legacy TANDBERG endpoints.

Creating a Phone Book
To create a phone book in Cisco TMS, you need one or more phone book sources. You can use an existing source as
is, configure an existing source, or set up a new one. The procedure below includes the creation of a new phone
book source:

Go to Phone Books > Manage Phone Book Sources.

Click New.

Set the Update Frequency for the new source by selecting from the drop-down list.
