Enabling Active Directory lookup
Enable Active Directory lookup to make user information replicate automatically from AD to Cisco TMS at

To enable AD lookup:
1. Go to
Administrative Tools > Configuration > Network Settings > Active Directory

2. Set Lookup User Information from Active Directory to Yes.
3. Enter the appropriate information in the remaining fields.
If you choose not to activate AD lookup, each user logging in to Cisco TMS for the first time will be prompted
to enter their first name, last name, and email address.
