Booking and editing conferences with Cisco TelePresence

Booking a conference
1. Book a conference as normal in Cisco TMS using
Booking > New Conference
for instructions.
You do not need to add the TelePresence Conductor to the conference manually if it is set as the default

2. Once you have added the participants to the conference, click on the
Connection Settings
tab to display

tab and fill in the fields as appropriate:

3. To check that your chosen alias is available, click Check Address Availability.
4. Click Save Conference.
The following scheduling options are not supported for TelePresence Conductor in Cisco TMS:
