Provisioning Extension Settings
In Cisco TMS:
Administrative Tools > Configuration > Provisioning Extension Settings

Button
Description
Save
Save all changes to settings within the section.
Cancel
Cancel any unsaved changes to settings within the section.
Restore Default
Restore all settings in the section to the default.
Account Information Email
Field
Description
Sender Address
The email address the users will receive their provisioning account email messages from.
Subject
The subject of the provisioning account information email sent to users.
Body
Template for the message body. The following placeholders are supported:

- the display name of the recipient

{username}
- provisioning username

{password}
- provisioning password
n
{video_address}
- the SIP URI of the recipient
SMTP Hostname
Hostname of the SMTP server.
SMTP Port
Port to use for the SMTP server.
SMTP Username
Username for the SMTP server.
SMTP Password
Password for the SMTP server.
User Repository
Field
Description
Enable Password Generation
If set to Yes, new passwords will be generated automatically.
Password Length
The number of characters that generated password will have.
Password Generation Scheme
Passwords can be generated as one of the following:
