Cisco Cisco TelePresence Management Suite (TMS) Version 15 Maintenance Manual

 1.  Go to 

 and search for the device name corresponding to the telepresence endpoint.

 2.  At the bottom of the Product Specific Configuration Layout section, ensure that Web Access and 

SSH Access are set to Enabled.

Cisco Unified CM must be added to Cisco TMS before you can add the endpoints, following these steps:

 1.  In 

 go to the folder where you want to add the endpoints.

 2.  Click Add Systems.

 3.  Go to the 

tab.

 4.  Click Unified CM.

 5.  Select the endpoints you want to add.

 6.  Click Next.

 7.  Click Finish Adding Systems.

Follow the procedures below in the order they are listed. If you already have MCUs in Cisco TMS that will be 
transitioned to TelePresence Conductor, read 

 first.

Only Cisco TelePresence Conductor version XC1.2 is currently supported by Cisco TMS.

In order to work with TelePresence Conductor, Cisco TMS must be set up to allow communication over 
HTTPS.

Before adding the TelePresence Conductor to Cisco TMS, configure the TelePresence Conductor, 
TelePresence MCUs and Cisco VCS according to the 

 .

To add the TelePresence Conductor to Cisco TMS, follow the steps in

Note that clustering of Cisco TelePresence Conductor is currently not supported in Cisco TMS. A maximum 
of one node from a cluster may be added.

Cisco TMS cannot change any settings on the TelePresence Conductor. The setting Max Number of 
Concurrent Scheduled Calls does not influence the TelePresence Conductor in any way. See
