New Features in 15.1

New Email Template

Cisco TMS user's experience has been enhanced by introducing a new template for booking invite and meeting
cancellation emails. It is made responsive for all type of email clients in various operating systems like iOS, Android
and Windows. The previous template is renamed as legacy template and the new template is used as default
template in the current version of Cisco TMS.

Meeting Information Page

A new Meeting Information Page has been added for host and participants of all ongoing and upcoming meetings.
The following meeting information is available in the page:

Joining Information - Contains information that a participant can use to join the meeting.

■

Rooms and Participants - Lists the participants in the meeting.

■

Meeting Details - Lists the details of the meeting.

■

A link to set advanced meeting options in Cisco TMS Booking User Interface

To open Meeting Details page:

Click Meeting Details button on the conference booking confirmation page.

■

Click Meeting Details option in Booking > List Conference > Conference drop-down menu.

■

Click the link available below the Need more details about joining the meeting using telepresence text in the
meeting invite email.
