Cisco Cisco TelePresence Management Suite (TMS) Version 15 Release Notes

To receive an updated email with Meeting Information Page link, you have to update the old meeting after upgrading
to Cisco TMS 15.1.

You can make following changes, if you are a meeting owner:

Edit meeting Pin

■

Edit Billing code

■

Change a meeting in to an Externally Hosted conference and vice versa

A field has been provided at the bottom of Meeting Details section for entering Externally Hosted video address. Enter
the Externally Hosted video address and click Save to convert the meeting into Externally Hosted conference. Remove
the Externally Hosted video address and click Save to convert it into a normal conference.

Cisco TMS does not allow you to change a meeting in to an Externally Hosted conference if any of the following
feature is enabled:

■

WebEx meeting

■

Encryption

■

Recording

■

Dial-outs

■

Non-SIP dial-ins

Added Location Information Field

A new Location field has been added in Cisco TMS > Booking > New Conference. It can be used by the organizer to
display the physical location(s) of the conference. The values, available in the Location field in Microsoft Outlook, are
displayed in this field for the deployments that use Cisco TMSXE 5.1.

Dial-in Number Allocation

The dial-in number allocation behavior has been improved for the meetings that are edited. For more information on

Added New Elements

The following two new elements have been added to Conference object:

■

Location: A textual description of the physical location(s) of the conference.

■

Invitees: A semi-colon separated list of invitees’ email addresses.
