Allow users to schedule meetings for other users
For Meeting Center and Event Center only
Note: Users who schedule meetings must also have a WebEx host account.

On the left navigation bar, select Manage Site > Site Settings.

A user can always add a welcome message and a picture on the Personal Meeting
Room page, whether or not you select this option. This option provides the user with
