Performing the Basic Installation
To perform the basic installation, complete the following steps:

When the Timezone Configuration window displays, choose the appropriate time 
zone for the server and then click OK.

The installation process allows you to automatically set the speed and duplex 
settings of the Ethernet network interface card (NIC) by using automatic 
negotiation. You can change this setting after installation.
