Opening Real-time Reporting
Real-time reporting is available from the CRS Administration web interface.
To open real-time reporting, complete the following steps.

If you are running Real-time Reporting for the first time on this system, log into
CRS Administration as an Administrator.

Step 2
Choose Tools > Real-time Reporting from the CRS Administration menu.
The Application Reporting web page opens in a new window. The real-time
reporting tool requires a Java plug-in. If the plug-ins is not installed on the
machine you are using, the CRS system prompts you to accept the automatic
installation of the plug-in. If you do not accept the installation, you cannot use
Real-Time reporting.
