Call Contact Steps
Using Cisco Defined Call Variables
In addition to the script variables that you can define in the Variable pane of the
CRS Editor window, you can use the following Cisco predefined strings as call
variables in CRS in the Get/Set Enterprise Call Info steps:
VRU Script Name
ConfigParam
Call.CallingLineID
Call.CallerEnteredDigits
Call.PeripheralVariable1 to Call.PeripheralVariable10
Call.AccountNumber
These call variables are written to the db_cra database.
Note
These call variables are available from a list in the General tab of the
Customization window only in the Get/Set Enterprise Call Info steps.
The Cisco Unified ICME Server, the Cisco CRS system, and the Cisco Agent
Desktop support these call variables for passing data between themselves. You
can pass data in these call variables between:
Unified IP IVR and Unified ICME software, if you have a Unified IP IVR
system.
Unified CCX and Cisco Agent Desktop, if you have a Unified CCX system.
Unified CCX and Cisco Agent Desktop and Unified ICME software, if your
system is a Unified CCX one integrated with Unified ICME software through
the IPCC Gateway.
Expanded Call Variables Tab (Set Enterprise Call Info Step)
If you need more call variables than those predefined in the General tab, use
expanded call context (ECC) variables.
Use the Expanded Call Variables tab of the Set Enterprise Call Info step to set data
in enterprise ECC variables.
