Create CSQ Prompt Step 
Use the Create CSQ Prompt step to obtain the prompt that records the name of a 
CSQ. This prompt, in turn, can be passed to a Play Prompt step to play back the 
CSQ name.
Note
The Create CSQ Prompt step is only available if you have licensed the Cisco 
Unified CCX Enhanced or Premium product package.
