STOP_RECORDING_REQ
 defines the format of the STOP_RECORDING_REQ message:
ClientID (client 
only)
The ClientID of the server application providing the call 
recording service, provided by CTIServer when this 
message is sent to a client application.

recording service, provided by CTIServer when this
