Usage 
Use this command to enable or disable all OSPF debug flags. 
Example
 
The following command disables all OPSF debug flags enabled by any of the 
debug ip ospf
 commands: 
no debug ip ospf all 
The following command enables all OSPF debug flags: 
debug ip ospf all
