Incident Analysis for SAP Knowledge Base Articles
The knowledge base articles provide information to help understand the results of an activity or process, 
including a summary of what has occurred, the possible cause of the results, and suggested actions to 
take to resolve issues. The Incident Analysis for SAP automation pack contains the Knowledge Base 
articles that are included in the SAP activities. 
To view the knowledge base articles for Incident Analysis for SAP, use the Administration—Knowledge 
Base Articles view. See the Tidal Enterprise Orchestrator Reference Guide for additional information 
on knowledge base articles.
Viewing Automation Pack Dependencies
Use the Dependencies tab to view the automation packs and adapters referenced by the objects in the 
automation pack. These object must be installed prior to importing the Incident Analysis for SAP 
automation pack.
Step 1
On the Administration—Automation Packs view, select Incident Analysis for SAP, right-click and 
choose Properties.
Step 2
On the Incident Analysis for SAP Properties dialog box, click the Dependencies tab.
