Cisco EPN Manager 1.2. MP6 Content

MP6 consists of a device version update and fixes for issues that can impact ongoing optical network
operation using Cisco EPN Manager.

The following issues have been resolved in MP6:

Install Cisco EPN Manager 1.2. MP6 (No High Availability)

These are the steps for installing MP6 on a standard deployment with no high availability (HA):

Make Sure You Are Starting with the Correct Installed Base (No HA)

Maintenance Pack 6 can only be installed on Cisco EPN Manager 1.2 MP5. In other words:

•

MP6 cannot be installed on Cisco EPN Manager 1.2 (without any maintenance packs).

•

MP6 cannot be installed on Cisco EPN Manager 1.2 that has other MPs installed but not MP5.

Perform these steps to make sure you have the correct installed base before installing MP6.

Step 1

Choose Administration > Licenses and Software Update > Software Update.

Step 2

If Maintenance Pack 6 is listed and its status is “Installed,” you can proceed with the MP6 installation
