Cisco Cisco Hosted Collaboration Mediation 1.2 Installation Guide

This section explains how to install the HCM Mediation component. This section includes:

 lists the server requirements for HCM Mediation component.

Before installing HCM Mediation component:

Make sure you have the HCM-1.0.zip file.

The zip file is available in the HCM Product DVD.

Oracle XE—Oracle XE must be installed on the same server on which HCM is installed.

Install and configure Java Development Kit (JDK). See 

Make sure:

Oracle listener host is localhost.

Port number is 1521. 

To identify the Oracle listener host and the port number, enter this command at the command 
prompt:
