Forward Path Balancing for AGC Stations Using
Thermal Setup Mode
Before you begin, make sure that you have configured the amplifier module
according to the specifications in the design print, and that the amplifier has warmed
up for approximately one hour.
To Set Switch 1 for Thermal Setup Mode
You must set switch S1 to position number 1 to use thermal setup mode.
To Determine the Output Tilt
Complete the following steps to determine the output tilt of the amplifier.
1 Connect the test point adapter to the forward main output test point.
