Create a Player, Continued

Click the Create Player button on the Manage Outputs Page. 

 

Result:  The Create Player Page opens.

Did the system prompt you for a user name? 
• 

If yes, click Cancel and go to step 5. 

• 

If no, go to step 5.  

5. 

Enter the following information on the Create Player Page. 

The name used by TSBroadcaster to refer to the 

new player 

The Transport Stream to be played out 

The IP address of the TSPlayer 

The IP port of the TSPlayer used to control the 

player. For a standard TSPlayer the control port is 

2016 

The IP port of the TSPlayer used to play out the 

Transport Stream. For a standard TSPlayer the 

output port is 2015 

The password (not echoed) of the TSPlayer. For a 

standard TSPlayer the password is apw 
Important:  Be sure to enter a password in this 

field. Leaving this field blank can result in the 

TSPlayer timing out.

Click the Save button to create a new player.
