Create Polled Update, Continued 

 

5. 

Enter the following information on the Create Update Page. 

The path of the file or directory to be updated in 

the application set 

The poll period in seconds 

The URL to be polled. The source data is handled 

as follows: 
• 

If the path points to a directory in the 

application set, the TSBroadcaster treats the 

data retrieved from the URL as a zip archive 

and replaces the content of the directory with 

the file system from the zip archive 

• 

If the path points to a file in the application set, 

the TSBroadcaster replaces the data in the file 

with the data retrieved from the URL if a file 

inside the zip file has changed.

Click the Save button to create a new polled update.
