13 Were you able to generate an EAS message?
If yes, you have successfully installed the SARA Server software on the

14 Verify that your EAS equipment is working correctly by testing the system’s
ability to transmit EAS messages. Complete all of the procedures in the Testing
the EAS section of Configuring and Troubleshooting the Digital Emergency Alert
System (part number 4004455). Then, verify that you can generate an EAS
message for the Emergency Alert Controller (EAC), itself.
